I didn't exactly use it in the conventional manner. #1 laundry room dryer vent to outside is supposed to be for side by side washer dryer and I stack mine. #2 due to #1, the slant from the dryer to the outside vent needed to be at a slight diagonal instead of horizontal. #3 part of the hose behind the dryer had to be the conventional hose.
